Well, I'm sorry to say that we've been unable to keep Pantechnicon ezine going - or, rather, get it going again following the technical problems with the website. So, we've decided to pull the plug after several very enjoyable years. BUT we're going out in style! Thanks to our knight in shining armour - Stephen Theaker - our tenth (and final) issue will be going out "back-to-back" with Theaker's Quarterly Fiction (http://www.silveragebooks.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/mag/tqf/tqf.htm) in December. This means that, for the first time, Pantechnicon will be available not only as a free PDF download, but also in ebook format and in printed format to purchase from Lulu. Thanks, Stephen, you're a star! I'll keep everyone informed of contents, etc, later ...

Thanks, Corpse. Yes, it's very sad to see Pantechnicon go. But I'm definitely intending to keep involved as much as I can. I haven't got the skills/time to run anything like that myself, but I'd love to find a nice horror zine somewhere which needs a non-fiction editor! And I hope to get back to doing interviews of my own again shortly and submitting them elsewhere.

Thanks Lobo. An update from me on the Pantechnicon thingy - and also a little plea for help. First, there will now be TWO issues of Pantechnicon before we finally lay it to rest - one on Christmas Day and one in April 2010. The thing is, we had more content than we could fit into one issue, so we're doing two - both back-to-back with Theaker's Quarterly Fiction as mentioned above. Now, why I could do with a little assistance from someone here is because I'm short of one article - preferably horror-related. So, if anyone here fancies doing me a nice article of some kind, I'd be really grateful. Problem is, we can't pay you anything for it - sorry! But, if you fancy producing a little something for your writer's CV - even unpaid - drop me a PM with your suggestion for an article. I'll take a look at all the suggestions I get and pick the best one. Cheers, folks! I guess I could do a little article on something myself really, but it doesn't seem right publishing my own work so I'd rather get something from someone else if I can.
