I finished this one last night, and, as with all the entries in this series, I thought it was a very strong collection, without a weak tale to be had.
I've only read a few of Reggie Oliver's stories before, but "Mrs Midnight" is my favourite of his that I've seen. Both of John Llewellyn Probert's stories were highlights, both totally different in style, though books play a vital part in each. I think my favourite story in the book must be "Liebniz's Last Puzzle", by Craig Herbertson. This one was elegantly told, chilling in its implications, and it was a delight to reacquaint myself with some old friends from volume three's "Synchronicity".
Roll on the next 5 volumes.

I take that as a very great compliment

Well, it's a compliment, Craig, but I don't know how great it is. But, seriously, I loved the story, and the imagery of the sundered church and the entity within.
