Made a revised promotional post at Vault: vaultofevil.proboards.com/posts/recentPosted at TLO: www.ligotti.net/showthread.php?t=7320And I've heard from Johnny Mains and will be sending FC 7 for his consideration for BEST BRITISH HORROR. I'll repeat my new email address. The old Hotmail/Outlook address finally came back, and I'll be checking it. But from now on my primary email will be: oldbooksandmags@yahoo.com

David Riley's blog: David Rileyand FaceBook: FaceBookTa, David. Hi all! Very pleased and startled to see my story in the magazine - just now writing up a blog post for my blog to get the word out - plus a link will also go out to my many many many (35) followers on twitter. After a pretty lean year publication wise, this is a great filip - thanks to Rog and Craig! A little shellshocked to see my name up in lights with a host of great writing talent. Hopefully the magazine gets the coverage and sales it fully deserves. Rob

Just learned that Des Lewis's Hotmail address is unavailable... hmmm... First I've heard of that, Rog. I sent you two emails simultaneously, Des. You replied through Yahoo. The one I sent to Hotmail was returned because the box was 'unavailable'. Yesterday I found a forum with a very long thread full of complaints because Hotmail/Outlook wasn't usable. Can't find that forum today, but here's another one: www.isitdownrightnow.com/outlook.com.html#morecomments2A different search on 'Outlook Outage' brings up pages about the outage on... 12th March, I think, which was said to be the result of a 'hot spike' (whatever) and lasted a mere 12 hours. My own Outlook is now working or not depending when it feels like it, apparently. If you haven't noticed any problems, that's good. But I'm working at turning everything over to a more reliable primary address.

*Gasp* as usual battling the latest 'upgrades', this time at Yola. I know, I'm a curmudgeonly reactionary old git. Anyway, as I think people would prefer an actual PayPal page - as opposed to a PayPal request appearing in their email (it's fairly polite, it let's me include a message) - anyway, yesterday I listed Filthy Creations Magazine as a 'non-profit business' with PayPal (yay! ) and have been fighting to get a page on the website since I got home from work (which is straight-shift now, during college holidays). I think this is it (after shutting a dozen that looked crap). Changed the banner too. Hope someone uses it after all that. If you do and you don't get a confirming email from me soon after, let me know.

Charles Black kindly retweeted my tweet about FC7 being out to his 500 odd followers, so the word is getting out. I think this is it (after shutting a dozen that looked crap). Changed the banner too. Hope someone uses it after all that. If you do and you don't get a confirming email from me soon after, let me know.[/quote]

I guess most have seen the comments on the thread at Vault. Anyway, here's a link: FC 7 at Vault of EvilBy the way, haven't heard from Craig in a week - definitely unusual!

OK, I think I'd better get some more printed. Words I never thought I'd write. God, how do people deal with success? Terrified!

I'm back. I was in France playing at Contalmaison for the Hearts Great War memorial Trust. Then up to Ypres where the party were invited to lay a wreath. Our piper played the lament and a young Canadian Choir sung. Very emotional stuff. Mix that in with three days of Scottish hospitality and I am still feeling a little weary. Great news about the sell out. Do we have new orders as well?
