The 1933 version of The Mystery of the Wax Museum, starring Lionel Atwill as the disfigured artist and Fay Wray, still hot from Kong's embrace. I'm sorry that the picture quality isn't better: it's an analogue recording onto VHS converted to Flash. And it's in the still-experimental 2 colour Technicolor of the time. On the other hand, it has to beat paying nearly £70 for a rare DVD - here at least you can decide whether you'd feel it was worth it.
For the record, there is someone on YouTube offering a digital quality download of this for £5. More power to him!
I'd originally hoped to post Mad Love, DVD quality, but there's a global block on that one, incredibly for a film from the early thirties only available now on US import!
